Public assessment checks
The free check sends the address you enter to the Denton County property-data provider. Property details are cached to support comparisons. The free-check flow excludes owner names and records marked confidential or suppressed by the provider.
Account and AI analysis
Signing in with Google supplies your account identity and profile information. Paid analyses send relevant property data to the configured AI provider. Uploaded repair photos and documents are processed for the features you use; avoid including information unrelated to your request.
Payments and usage
Payments are processed through Stripe. Home-Sage records credit transactions and account activity. When analytics is enabled, interaction events help us understand whether checks and reports are useful.
Sample reports
The public sample uses an anonymized, saved report. Exploring it does not run an AI analysis or use your credits.
